1. Does the Court Clerk accept payments by phone?

No, phone payments are not accepted.  Payments may be made online at www.oscn.net, by mail or in person.  Cash, money order or credit cards are accepted.

2. What cases are available online?

All case types that are available to the public are available online (www.oscn.net)        from 2003 to the present. We are in the process of putting older cases online so check online first and if not available call the Court Clerk’s office at (405) 282-0123 for help.

3. Does the Court Clerk do fax filing?

We will accept fax filings up to ten pages in length, do not require filing fee and they must be followed up with the original filed in the case.

4. How do I find my court date?
