Pay Fines, Fees & Court Costs in Criminal Cases

Court ordered criminal assessments and fines are due at the time of sentencing.  If a person is unable to pay the costs at the time of sentencing, he or she may appear at the Court Clerk's office and request a payment plan as sanctioned by the sentencing Judge, or the Cost Judge.  Payment plans are not automatic and are subject to a Rule 8 Hearing. Payment plans must be completed on the day of sentencing.
