The Logan County Court Clerk's Office handles traffic citations issued by the Logan County Sheriff's Department and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol only.
COURT APPEARANCE
You have the option of either paying your citation or appearing in court. Court dates are given by the Deputy/Patrolman and shown on your citation. If you choose not to appear in court, all costs and fines must be paid in full on or before your court date. Payment may be cash, check, money order, cashier's check, or credit card. If you have questions, please call the Traffic Department at (405) 282-0123 before your court date.

You may enter a plea on the back of the ticket and mail it with your fine payment to the Court Clerk prior to the court date. Payments by mail should be check, money order or cashier's check. Please indicate the defendant's name and include a self addressed stamped envelope for return of payment receipt. Address payments to:

The Logan County Court Clerk's office does not accept payments over the phone.
Online
Citations can be paid online on or before your court date by going to www.oscn.net. Select E-payments. Agree or Disagree to Terms and Conditions. Select Logan County. Enter the citation number (if your citation number begins with a "0", please leave off all leading "0" when entering the citation number). If you do not have your citation number or case number, you can select "look it up" and search by your name. Select Find Case. Select Plea and Pay. Then follow the steps to enter a plea and enter your credit card number.
